The items displayed in our shop are the examples of designs we have made and are either available for purchase and immediate dispatch (items marked as "READY TO SHIP") or can be made in the described size, or any other size, as a custom made product.
DELIVERY COSTS
These depend on the type of items and the destination:
Curtains £17.00 (UK/EU), £35.00 USA/Canada and £40.00 for the rest of the world
Delivery takes 5 working days within the EU and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world.
Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices quoted for international locations are based on priority postal airmail service. If you require an express delivery service please contact us via hello@dottystripes.com and we will be happy to provide a quotation.
ITEMS MADE TO ORDER
Made to order items usually take between 7-10 working days to complete. If you need your order to be completed at a shorter timescale then please do get in touch wand we will advise you accordingly.
Prices for made to order items may vary depending on destination and item's weight. We calculate the delivery costs based on an individual order's weight and its destination.
Custom orders for curtains within Europe above 2kg are posted using a tracked, courier service and are charged at a flat rate of £17.00.
